と言えると思います。
具体的には、

・他人の書いた日記を検索して読むことができる
・テーマを決めてコミュニティを立ち上げる事ができる。

・コミュニティを検索して参加する事ができる
・コミュニティの掲示板を書いたり読んだり
といった事をやっています(他にもいろいろありますが)。

・既存の会員から招待を受けなければいけない
・18歳未満は入会不可
があります。そのためにある程度閉鎖性があるので実名で登録している人が多い気がします。
